Redland Builders Limited is a professional team of builders based in Bristol with 40 years of experience in a variety of challenging and interesting projects. While our expertise lies in listed buildings, we welcome all types of projects. Our mission is to break the mould of the stereotypical builder by offering an educated, personal, friendly, considerate, and calm approach to our clients’ needs.

Our clients are typically private individuals with historic properties who share our passion for high standards and sustainability. We aim to improve their lives by delivering results that we and they are proud of, while reducing their stress throughout the process.

I am Andy Cook, founder of Redland Builders, with a particular passion for restoring old and listed buildings. Since 1979, I have built a team of expert tradesmen who share this enthusiasm. While I have moved to Devon to restore a 15th-century cottage, my co-directors Billy Chadwick-Mant and Richard Leppard have successfully led our Bristol operations for the past seven years.

What sets us apart:

• High standards of neatness, cleanliness, and craftsmanship
• A commitment to producing results that honor the historic integrity of the buildings we work on
• Continuous improvement in techniques and methods
• A focus on safety and teamwork
• Transparent estimating and comprehensive solutions from start to finish
• A long-term approach to sustainability, minimizing environmental impact in materials and methods

We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships of trust with our clients by listening to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
